Ah there's so many... I think one of my favorites was landing Claire a job on Facebook! She contacted me because she was very frustrated that she didn't get any interviews even though she had applied for all types of jobs in her industry, she also said she had a hard time wording her skills and qualities in the resume and had already spent hours editing it but didn't feel happy.
