How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a Master level Career Coach and got an overwhelming amount of resume requests from clients and referrals. Since my results were solid and consistent I decided to direct my focus on resume writing and perfect my skills to add even more value to customers! Been doing it for the past 7 years and get to help so many people to get interviews and real results! :-)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Ah there's so many... I think one of my favorites was landing Claire a job on Facebook! She contacted me because she was very frustrated that she didn't get any interviews even though she had applied for all types of jobs in her industry, she also said she had a hard time wording her skills and qualities in the resume and had already spent hours editing it but didn't feel happy. Her background was impressive but not responsive because it lacked many of the optimized key words, the descriptions didn't really capture what she did in her past jobs, it was not formatted well and the layout was not competitive at all! I knew that she was not going to pass their online application scan with what she had, and everyone knows Facebook is very very picky and have high standards of the people they employ. After I made her resume, she immediately got a phone screen, leading to a series of online tests for the Facebook company - I prepped her for the interview through a Skype session and she called me after 2 weeks and said she was offered the job of her dreams! It's not so much the success that makes me happy but rather the fact that I help customers to not miss out on opportunities simply because of poor content and bad layout. Claire clearly deserved the job she got but if she hadn't got her resume re-written she probably would be stuck applying for jobs without any results!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The simplest/best answer is - Hire me :) I would recommend having a look at the testimonials and see what other customers have said and look at the profile page for before & after pictures! I also made you a short video that will help clarify most of your questions!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
